– Portland’s own, The Decemberists release their new EP Long Live The King Tuesday, November 1. Listen to the song Burying Davy now here.

– Also happening November 1 in Seattle, singer-songwriter Shelby Earl plays an in-store perfomance at Sonic Boom Records, and electro-pop group, Brite Futures (formally known as Natalie Portman’s Shaved Head) will be appearing at Easy Street Records. Both are free and all-ages!

Jets Overhead are currently in rehearsals before heading to the studio to record their next album. They also recently released a free download of their stripped-down live performance of No Nations, recorded by the CBC at the Chan Centre in Vancouver. Listen here.
